My new addiction....My iPhone!

     So the reason i was so interested in having internet addiction as our group topic, is my personal addiction to my iPhone.  Before my iPhone I was never on my laptop, never knew where my phone was half the time, and only accessed the web if I absolutely had to, and certainly never checked my facebook page.  Now that I have this phone my life has changed completely...  My phone is constantly in my hands, I check facebook numerous times a day, manage a school, personal, and work email through my phone, play multiple online games, skype overseas friends, get my daily news from the Huffington Post app, and oh did I mention online games????  So my question to the class and my fellow teamates....who else is addicted to their smartphones??

And if I were to have participated in this Stanford study... I would have given myself a 4, almost fully addicted.  Anyone else feel this way?

Are you addicted to Facebook????

How much time is too much time to be spend on facebook? Do you neglect your school work and perhaps even your job to check your friends' statuses?

A couple of years ago, CNN wrote an article on the "five clues that you are a facebook addict". Take a look at the article and let us know if any of the clues relate to you. I know I lose sleep and definitely work time over over facebook.
